The driver of a car that left an off ramp and rolled at least twice was lucky to escape injury.

The accident was in the eastbound ramp of U.S. 30 at SR 15 in Warsaw. It happened at approximately noon Saturday. Warsaw Police officers say Justin Stookey, 18, of Zimmer Road, Warsaw, looked down at an incoming call on his cell phone. When he looked back up he saw the curve and failed to negotiate it. His vehicle left the road and rolled an undetermined number of times.
