Warsaw Community Public Library is hosting an art exhibit by artist and teacher, Sallie Louise (Bechtel – Ringler) Hoy. She holds a Masters Degree in Visual Arts Eduation from St. Francis University.

Hoy has attended workshops at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Design School, and currently teaches at the Wawasee Middle School as their visual arts instructor.
