The Wawasee 12U All-Star softball team were notified Monday evening it will be a wild card participant in the NSA ‘B’ North World Series, to be played July 23-29 in at various sites in northwest Indiana. Wawasee qualified by placing fifth at the 12U ‘B’ North State tournament in Warsaw over the weekend.

The Wawasee team are, in front from left, Aubrey Kuhn, Ale Brito, Chloe Slusher and Hallie Clayton. In the middle row are Faith Swihart, Bethany Flannery, Olivia Clouse, Amber Lemberg, Marissa Hunziker, Hannah Shelton and Lexie Dillon. In the back row are coaches Jodi Clouse, Tim Lemberg, Larry Flannery and Tim Kuhn.
