Kosciusko County Sentencings

- Kenneth Robert Hyatt, 45, 205 E. Harrison St., Claypool, was sentenced on June 13 for one count of misdemeanor public intoxication. He was ordered incarcerated for 30 days and must pay a fine of $215.00.
- Steven Andrew Long, 21, 321 Chamberlin Dr., Warsaw, was sentenced on June 14 for one count of misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or greater. He was ordered incarcerated for 60 days, had his license suspended for 90 days, and must pay a fine of $465.50.
- Thomas Foster Smith, 30, 3403 S 550 W, Mentone, was sentenced on June 14 for one count of misdemeanor domestic battery. He was ordered incarcerated for one year, must submit to substance abuse evaluation, and must pay a fine of $215.00.
