Kosciusko County Sentencings
- Latasha Ibarra, 19, 3457 W. 100 S., Warsaw, was sentenced on June 11 for one count of battery resulting in serious bodily injury. She was ordered incarcerated for two years and must pay a fine of $678.00.
- Steven E. Devault, 66, 7061 S. Western Ave., Marion, was sentenced on June 12 for one count of operating a motorboat with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or greater. He was ordered incarcerated for 60 days, had his licensed suspended for 90 days and his motorboat operation suspended for one year, and must pay a fine of $465.00.
