The mother of the 17-year-old Milford girl who reportedly ran away from home tells StaceyPageOnline.com today that the teen has been found safe and is now back home.

Alexis “Lexy” Bales, 17, reportedly left her mother a note on May 31 telling her she was leaving and not coming back home. Stacey Bales said her daughter did call home later that same day saying she was safe, but would not give any additional information. On Sunday, Stacey located an address in Elkhart where her daughter was staying and encouraged the girl to return home.

The family says a lot of healing needs to take place, but they are thankful to have Lexy home and safe.
