Winona Lake Police Chief Paul Schmitt is asking for the public’s help in finding a suspect wanted for theft and fraud.

This photo, taken from a surveillance camera at a Walgreens, shows the suspect who is wanted for taking debit/credit cards from a parked vehicle in Winona Lake on May 10. The suspect had used the cards at several locations, including Columbia City and Fort Wayne.
