The Triton softball team will play for a sectional championship Friday at South Central (Union Mills).
The Trojans earned a spot in the Class 1-A finale with a 7-6 semifinal game win over Westville Wednesday.
Triton will face host South Central in the title tilt Friday at 4:30 p.m. CT. South Central beat Argos 18-1 in five innings in a semifinal game Thursday.
Triton opened sectional play Tuesday by downing Michigan City MArquette 19-6 in five innings.
