An open house is scheduled for 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, for the Wawasee Building Trades 2011-12 project house.

This year’s project involves an upstairs addition to the home of Brian and Kara Warren, 9800 W. Northshore Drive, Kimmel, at Knapp Lake in Noble County.

The home covers 1,750 square-feet and has a walkout basement. It has a sunroom, open concept living, dining room and kitchen, two full bathrooms, three bedrooms and a large sun deck.

Wawasee High School students involved in the building project are Charles Bird, Allen Carson, Jacob Chalman, Dylan DeSomer, Kyle Flores, Josh Gohlke, Andrew Hepler, Luke Jackson, Henry Kidd, Cole Love, Jordan Schmitt, Scott Shepherd, Trenton Thornburg, Mario Torres, Kory Workman and Derek Zurcher.
