WARSAW — The Highway Department has dominated much spending in 2015, and at last night’s Kosciusko County Council meeting, an additional appropriation was requested. In addition, the 2016 appointments were filled and end-of-year transfers were made.

INDIANAPOLIS — Governor Mike Pence today announced support for legislation filed by Senator Brandt Hershman to immediately provide $418 million to local governments to fund local transportation infrastructure projects.

  Weather has caused delays in the progress of the East Market Street Project between Bronson and Colfax streets, but work is progressing. Workers have now moved from Colfax to Lindberg streets.
