WARSAW — A Warsaw man was recently arrested for allegedly dealing methamphetamine.

Chad Everett Swope, 42, 5785 South Woodland Lane, Warsaw, was arrested on a warrant from Kosciusko County for multiple counts of dealing in methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.
On July 3, NET43 Drug Task Force conducted a controlled purchase from Swope in Kosciusko County, according to the affidavit of probable cause. An unnamed informant gave Swope money in exchange for 3.6 grams of methamphetamine. The controlled buy was captured by digital surveillance.
On Aug. 1, NET43 conducted a second controlled purchase with Swope for 3.5 grams of methamphetamine.
On Nov. 14, Swope was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail with a bond of $15,250 surety and cash.
